1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure the safety and integrity of all items.

Unopened and Unused Products: We will accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, sealed packaging and has not been tampered with.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any of the following:

Opened or used products.

Products that have been unsealed or whose packaging has been tampered with.

Any product that has left your possession or was not stored according to the label instructions (e.g., kept in a cool, dry place).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@elitemusclebooster.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Authorization: Do not ship the product back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

Ship the Product: Once authorized, ship the unused and unopened product in its original packaging to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Deductions: Please note that the original cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us immediately at support@elitemusclebooster.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct product or issuing a refund for the missing item.
